First Nations technology company dedicated to empowering remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through EdTech, Two-Way Science and AI innovation.
Australia's first Ngalia-language educational app. Developed with CSIRO, the Ngalia Heritage Research Council, Walkatjurra Cultural Centre and Kiwa Digital — launched May 2024. Interactive stories, bilingual games and Western Desert science, free on iOS and Android.
Dilji Labs was founded by Kado Muir — a Ngalia man and Ngalia Traditional Owner, holder of cultural knowledge from the Ngalia dialect family of the Mantijiltjara language group, with traditional territorial ties in the Western Desert of Western Australia.
Kado is Chair of the National Native Title Council and co-founder of the First Nations Clean Energy Network. His vision: use technology to empower remote Indigenous communities — not replace their knowledge, but amplify it.
Dilji Labs is dedicated to EdTech, Ngapartji-Ngapartji (Two-Way Science) and infrastructure, deploying AI and digital solutions built from Country up.
A full teacher platform built around the Mamutjitji app — curriculum-aligned lessons, student tracking, RAP documentation and Community-Based Educator visits. $20 per student per year.
Be part of the founding cohort launching Term 2 2026. First term free, including a Community-Based Educator visit. Your feedback shapes the platform.
